At the Dermatology and Laser Centre, we provide a variety of facials to women and men who reside in the greater Los Angeles area. We have locations in Studio City and Simi Valley. Maintain healthy skin with a facial from our experienced dermatologists. A facial is a great way to cleanse, massage, and exfoliate your skin.*

Our list of facials includes:

Acne Facial

Indication: For patients undergoing medical acne treatment.*

Recommended Series: Monthly facials, including extractions, throughout the treatment process, then as needed every 6 to 8 weeks for maintenance.*

Downtime: Not significant.*

Areas: Face, Back, Chest.

Depending on each patient’s individual needs, extractions and calming treatments are performed to help cleanse the skin and contribute to the medical treatment of acne.* Back facials are often recommended in conjunction with PhotoDynamic Therapy treatment.

Clinical Facial

Indication: For patients who need skin treatments from a medical/health perspective.

Recommended Series: Medical grade skin care products will be determined based on your skin type and conditions. A morning and evening home regimen will also be prescribed. You should schedule regular clinical facial treatments every 6-8 weeks.*

Downtime: Not significant.*

Collagen Facial

Indication: For patients who want to increase their collagen levels.* Collagen helps keep your skin elastic and tight. As we age, our collagen levels drop.

Recommended Series: Repeated facials are recommended so that your collagen levels can continue to increase.* The massage, moisturizer and collagen boosting cream will give you a glowing complexion.*

Downtime: None.*

HYPERBARIC OXYGEN FACIAL

Indication: For anyone who wishes to improve the appearance of skin.* Refreshes, rejuvenates and plumps up tired skin.* Great for calming the skin surface.*

Recommended Series: One treatment offers excellent results for already healthy skin.* A series of six treatments is recommended for improving skin texture and appearance.*

Downtime: None.* This treatment is recommended before public appearances.

A molecular weight hyaluronic acid that holds 1000 times of its weight in water is infused into the skin using topical hyperbaric oxygen technology. This process supplements and plumps the skin surface and stimulates regeneration of new cells to visibly reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.* A series of six weekly treatments is recommended, but just one 30 minute treatment will help your skin look and feel nourished and hydrated.* This celebrity endorsed O₂ Facial is great before parties or photo shoots.
