In this time of uncertainty, we are certain about a few things:

1. We are here for you as long as we feel it is safe to do so. 

2. Our offices are open and operating with strict social distancing and sanitation guidelines as dictated by the American Academy of Dermatology. 

3. We are sanitizing all surfaces and practicing all recommended CDC guidelines to keep our patients and employees safe.  

4. In the event that the current restrictions escalate, we will contact all patients whose appointment would be affected to reschedule.

Call us and let us know your individual situation.  We can work through getting you the care you need.  Especially for our older patients, we are here for you to help manage your skin conditions. 

Our secure texting app will deliver messages to our management even if the office is closed.  When texting, please include your name and date of birth as well as photos of your condition. The information will be forwarded to the proper provider.  In most cases, you may expect a call from the provider to discuss your treatment.  Medical insurances and Medicare have relaxed their telemedicine guidelines to allow us to provide services telephonically, therefore, your visit will be handled in the same way as if you were being seen in person (when applicable, co-pay and deductible will apply, as per your insurance benefits contract).  This texting phone number can be used for Studio City and Simi Valley locations.
